An Honest Day's Work

Red Rye Saison

7.1% ABV

An Honest Day’s Work Rye Saison is brewed with rye malt and crystal rye malt, and sports a beautiful tawny amber color. Saison yeast paired with Saaz hops creates a spicy aroma that ranges from rosemary to bubblegum. The spiciness comes across on the palate as well and is balanced by slightly sweet apricot and plum flavors from the crystal rye. Finishing dry, this amber ale will show you something new with every sip.

HenHouse Saison

Farmhouse Ale with Spices

5.5% ABV

HenHouse Saison is made for drinking after a long day at work. We brew it with black pepper and coriander, which builds on the spiciness of the French Saison yeast. The grapefruit and orange peel you taste is from a slight Cascade hops addition. Wheat and pale malt give our Saison a dry, gently grainy finish. It’s a beer you can sit and think about, but you don’t have to.

Mandela Effect

IPA

6.8% ABV

“As we all know, something is going on. What did Neo say in White Rabbit scene? “Are you ever not sure if you’re dreaming or awake?” You can feel it but you can’t explain it. A misspelled author’s name. An event remembered differently. A movie that wasn’t quite like you thought it was. How can so many people misremember so many things in the EXACT same way? Wasn’t Christmas on the 26th? So much is changing in the past. That we can prove, but why? Did Cern tear our reality? Are the Dracos rewriting the Simulation in real time? Why does it always point back to 46664? Research it now! Find the hard copies before they finish making changes.”

Oyster Stout

Dry Stout with Oysters and Sea Salt

4.9% ABV

We brew this beer in tribute to the waterways and ecosystems that have made this region of California so vital for so long. Whole Oysters from Hog Island Oyster Company and a touch of sea salt imbue flavors of the sea. The calcium from the oysters brings out the chocolate and coffee notes from California-grown malt from Admiral Maltings in Alameda. HenHouse Oyster Stout is a beer with true terroir of both Bodega Bay and California's Central Valley.
