Wednesday, February 6, Steven Guidos will be chilling with the Foxsister crew through service to educate and hang for a one-night-only special event along with guest DJ Champion Sound System.

Hops: Warrior, Cashmere, Zappa, Comet, Simcoe Grains: Two Row, Torrified Wheat, Munich I, Brown Sugar Bonanza is Fort Point’s limited release, draft only, take on a West Coast Double IPA, dry-hopped throughout fermentation to build deep flavor and texture. The result is a beer that is bright, but not glaring, and intense, but balanced. Simcoe, Cashmere, Comet, and newcomer Zappa (a neomexicanus hop native to western North America) come together to create inviting aromas of piney botanicals, citrus zest, and fresh mango.

Tart IPA with Pineapple

6.5% ABV | 25 IBUs

Hops: Cashmere, Idaho 7, Ella, Strata Grains: Admiral Pilsner, Admiral Yolo Gold, Acidualted, Distilling Malt, Flaked Rice Farollan is the official beer of SF Beer Week made in collaboration with the San Francisco chapter of the Bay Area Brewers Guild. It’s a lightly tart, bone-dry IPA brewed with Admiral’s Pilsner Malt and Yolo Gold wheat, Fort Point’s specialty house yeast strain, and fresh pineapple. To double down on the pineapple, they dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Cashmere hops for a punchy, hoppy beer as a San Francisco February.

Hops: Vic Secret, Ella Grains: Bohemian Pilsner, Pale Wheat, Carafoam, Acidualted Bright, rustic, and complex. Resonance is an elegant new take on the classic saison style. A blend of two fermentations -one dry and earthy, one tart- creates juicy citrus notes, balanced by subtle spice and an effervescent finish. This beer is dynamic, melodic, and pleasantly surprising on the palate, a simple luxury welcome at any dinner party.

Kolsch Style Ale

4.6% ABV | 17 IBUs

Hops: Warrior, Saphir Grains: Bohemian Pilsner, Pale Wheat, Munich, Vienna KSA combines a thoughtful mixture of American bittering hops and traditional German malts to create a complex yet crisp take on the Kölsch style. Munich and Vienna malts construct the beer’s robust, rich grain flavor, while Saphir and Warrior hops bring balance through a clean finish. KSA’s old-school style, blended with bright, updated ingredients, makes this beer a classic on both continents.
