Farmhouse IPA

6.4% ABV | 50 IBUs

St Helena reservoir water. 50% Hockett variety barley from Wilms Ranch in Pope Valley malted in house. 25% Blue Corn from New Mexico malted in house. 25% Sonoran Wheat grown in Mendocino Co. Cascade and Chinook from Wilms Ranch in Pope Valley. Private Collection Belgian yeast. Aged for 3 months in neutral French oak puncheon. There is no way to describe this other than a Belgian like Farmhouse IPA: Its fruity, Spicy and Hoppy with a nice snap.

St. Helena reservoir water. 50% Lambic Scarlet variety barley and 50% white wheat grown in Alamosa, CO Malted by Colorado Malting Company. Glacier hops grown by Hops Meister in Clearlake, Ca. Fermented with Bavarian Ale yeast. Barrel Aged for 2 months in neutral French Oak puncheons. Banana Bread meets German Fruit Cake in Glass!

The Ox and the Toad- Alt Ale with Ethiopian Coffee Beans 35 IBUs ABV: 5.5% St. Helena reservoir water. Full Pint 2-row barley grown in Madras, OR Malted by Mecca Grade Estate Malt. Hallertau hops grown in Yakima, WA. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 2.5 months. Infused for 12 days with whole coffee beans from Guji Kayon Mountain in Ethiopia natural wash processing. (63 mg/L caffeine, BTW coffee is 95!). ‘GET UP WHILE YOU GO DOWN’
