The Petaluma Historical Library & Museum is the historical heart of Petaluma! A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, the organization's mission is to preserve the unique history of Petaluma and provide educational and cultural services to the community. In addition to permanent exhibitions, the historic neoclassical Carnegie library building plays host to a wide variety of events ranging from in-house concerts to guest speakers, and is home to one of the largest free standing stained glass domes in Northern California.
