The Verspecht and Cushing families form the Verspecht-Cushing Brewing Company, LLC, a/k/a Cuvee Brewing, a union that combines American and Belgian backgrounds and love for beer. Brewmaster Hendrik Verspecht learned his trade not just by earning a masters at the University of Ghent, but with his father Jan at his side, himself a 3rd generation Belgian brewer and partner in the venture. Along with the Cushings, whose father-daughter team provide a one-two punch of business and marketing expertise, this family owned and operated craft brewery in Windsor promise to put quality and originality first, and deliver diversity in an IPA-flooded craft beer world! The brewery's flavorful offerings, steeped in the traditions, standards and science behind Belgian beer styles while mixing it up with the creative spirit of the West Coast, deliver craftsmanship and good times in every glass.
