SF Beer Week 2016 Set for Jan. 22 – 31

2-SFBW-Gala

For the first time, SF Beer Week is setting the table for the Super Bowl, which is taking place in San Francisco on Feb. 7. The San Francisco Brewers Guild shares the excitement of such a spectacular moment in this City’s history, so much so we’re putting our nation’s love of football at the heart of this year’s SF Beer Week “super” theme.

The SF Beer Week Opening Gala — featuring over 20 Guild breweries and dozens of celebrated Northern California breweries that collectively make the Bay Area an internationally renowned craft beer destination — is being held at Pier 35 on Friday, January 22, with subsequent Beer Week events, ranging from Santa Cruz up to Santa Rosa, running through January 31.

Additional details about the Opening Gala and SFBW event sign-up will be announced in the coming months, so please stay up to date here at sfbeerweek.org, via Twitter and Facebook, and by signing up for our mailing list below.

For more news from the San Francisco Brewers Guild, read our announcement about new members, new leadership and upcoming ticket sales for the 12th Annual Brews on the Bay, returning to the historic S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien at Pier 45 on Oct. 24, 2015.

Finally, we invite you to join us at our monthly Meet the Brewers nights. Always open to the public, these meet-and-greets are a great opportunity to talk to us about SF Beer Week while getting to know your local brewers. Check out this month’s event happening Wednesday, July 15, at Triple Voodoo Brewery & Taproom, when we’ll be tapping of a very special Triple Voodoo cask. Get details about this brew, and check out the complete 2015 schedule, on the SFBG Events page.
