Pay as You Go

We've been having a ton of fun playing around with fermenting (and sometimes aging) beers in French Oak wine barrels. The interaction of wood, yeast, and the other components add a whole new layer to the beers we are still exploring. All week long we will be featuring four of these very delicious and unique experiments.
