We will be featuring beer from OEC Brewing (Ordinem Ecentrici Coctores) From Oxford, CT. They specialize in making extremely complex and unique blended sour ales. Rarely seen in California, you wont want to miss this event.

OEC Petanque. Brewed with just enough sourness to focus the mind while also being incredibly thirst quenching makes this sour ale the perfect companion for any rigorous outdoor activity such as Pétanque.

OEC Antioch blend 2. 1/3 blend of red ales double matured in sangiovese casks. 2/3 ales matured 6 months to 3 years in red wine barrels.

OEC Tempus blend 10. 30% young Tempus lagered for 6 months in oak barrels 20% 12 month old lambic. 50% one year old saison aged in red wine barrels & white wine barrels.

OEC Artista Zynergia Jotenheim. brewed with collaboration with Voxx Bryggeri. Blend of several different sour ales. A Voss ale brewed with foraged Nordic barries and fermented with Kviek yeast, a double matured blend of OEC ales aged in pink granite and OEC spontaneously fermented ales

OEC Artista Zynergia Anteros. This is a blend of Brouwerij Alvinne’s (Moen, Belgium) ale aged in oak barrels with quince and with several different OEC ales matured with our own Cayuga & Vidal blanc grapes in wine barrels for at least 12 months

OEC Artista Zynergia Morpheus & Aurora. Collaboration with Alvinne Moen, Belgium. A blend of Alvinne's Lambic style beer matured 12 months in red wine barrels plus several OEC beers aged 12 months in wine barrels with different varieties of white wine grapes grown on their Orchard.

OEC Nepenthes blend 4. This is a rye saison brewed with white sage, lavender & pink peppercorns. Then aged in Matthiasson Vineyards Chardonnay, Ransoms Spirits Pinot Noir, and fresh Hungarian Oak barrels for 12 months.

OEC Eros. This is a blend of Brouwerji Alvinne’s (Moen, Belgium) ale aged in oak barrels with quince and with several different OEC ales matured with own peaches in wine barrels for 12 months

In addition to those amazing sours, we will be tapping.

Hill Farmstead, Arthur. this Saison is crafted from American malted barley, American and European hops, our distinctive farmhouse yeast and water from our well. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated.
