Trappist Single

5.1% ABV

A "lager like" Belgian Ale. Light and crisp, with bready notes from the pilsner malt base. Hints of toasted biscuit, and a fruity nose with light notes of banana and spicy clove/pepper from use of Belgian yeast.

A malt-focused amber lager with slightly sweet caramel notes along with hints of dark fruit and biscuit layered on top of a grainy malt base. Traditional Czech hops provide light floral aromatics with a hint of spice.

Mango and Papaya on the palate. The yeast lends notes of peaches and apricots to the nose.

Grainy base from use of pilsner malt, mingled with notes of toasted coconut and almonds. With a smooth finish from the addition of lactose sugar, you'll think you're drinking a cupcake!
