What if you could make your own beer on a professional brewing system, under the guidance of award-winning brewers?

During the approximately 5-hour process you will make enough beer for a 13.2 gallon keg or about 5 cases of 22oz bottled beers.

RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST - POSITIONS ARE LIMITED

We're pairing our strongest sausages with our strongest beers. Chicken Habanero with Hennepin farmhouse ale, Andouille with Unibroue Maudite, Smoked Beer sausage with Lagunitas Hairy Eyeball, and more! Every night during beer week we'll take a dollar off each beer pairing from 7-11 pm.

Anchor & Hope, a cross-country take on an East Coast Seafood shack, is located in a turn of the century mechanic's warehouse and offers over 60 brews. For every beer purchased, February 5-7th, we will donate a $1 to Haiti Relief . Don't forget to slurp that down with $1 Happy Hour Oysters on Friday!

Single-price a la carte dishes with unique 6-oz. beer pairings available during SF Beer Week, February 6-14, 2010. Paired dishes include salads, pastas, spiedini, and desserts.

Santa Cruz Ale Works and the Parish Publick House would like to invite you to the Monterey Bay to have some beer and cheese. The Parish will also be serving their full menu all day to complement our fine ales.

Beer & Nosh, Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream, and all of your favorite local breweries are collaborating to create a beer ice cream explosion. For all of Beer Week, special beer ice creams, made from local beers selected by the brewmaster, will be available at Humphry Slocombe.

Back for the second year! India Joze Catering and Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing will take you on a culinary beer journey and you won't even have to leave Santa Cruz. They will demonstrate culinary ideas that incorporate beer into recipes from around the world while you sip on beers from the brewery.

We’re going grains against grapes. And we’re going to pair them with 3 different cheeses. Certified Cicerone Sayre Piotrkowski (The Monk's Kettle) is standing up to Fromagatrix Kirstin Jackson (itsnotyouitsbrie.com) in a pairing challenge to see which booze makes the moves.

Reception is one time only, flight will run all week.

Come visit Bacar on Saturday Feburary 6th for a beer pairing happy hour. All draft beers are $2, and all bar bites are half-off. Come in, order a few, and decide which beers and bites you think pair the best. Drafts include Iron Springs Amber Ale, New Belgium Blue Paddle Pilsner, Stella Artois Pilsner, Speakeasy Big Daddy IPA, and Anchor Steam

We're introducing our new house-made charcuterie items! They're all paired with great beers in honor of SF Beer Week.

From the folks who brought you such popular meals as Lunch and Dinner, The Front Porch is the place for a limited release of Drakes Brewing Co's Belgian Trippel Ale. Each day of the week we will be featuring a different special to pair our Bayou-inspired cuisine with this very limited-release beer. Y'all come on down to The Porch for SFBW.
