Join Pyramid as we launch our newest addition: Ignition Series. Featuring beers brewed to turn it on this line up of unconventional brews sets out to ignite conversation and satisfy those looking for more beer in their beer. First up: Barbed Wire Imperial Hefeweizen. Come down to sample the brew & try our chef's Barbed Wire kitchen creations.

A special beer and food pairing menu will be featured at the legendary Chez Panisse, both lunch and dinner, from Feb 8-13. All of the food specials will be available a la carte, and all week we will be featuring beers from local breweries. $9-28, full a la carte menu ( beer may be purchased individually )

Stop by anytime between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to enjoy 2 Weisswurst, a hot pretzel, thinly sliced radish, sweet mustard and two 0.4L Hefeweizens for only $25 (including tax and tip). Beer & Nosh, Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream, and all of your favorite local breweries are collaborating to create a beer ice cream explosion. For all of Beer Week, special beer ice creams, made from local beers selected by the brewmaster, will be available at Humphry Slocombe.

Oyster and beer fans unite! 5-6 west coast varieties of freshly shucked oysters plus oysters every other possible way: marinated, BBQ'd, Rockefeller, in chowder and a Hangtown Fry, frisee salad w/quail egg & oyster vinaigrette, and yes, even rocky mountain oysters. Plus, plenty of Magnolia and 21st Amendment oyster stouts on hand, of course.

Two tastes of beer each paired with their own dessert bite. Featuring Scaldis Noel and Fantome Noel. This is our dessert offering for the week, don't miss out!

A Firkin tapping of a TCHO Chocolate Oak-aged Sless' Oatmeal Stout!

Limited styles from some of California's favorite breweries! Includes Velvet Merkin and Double Jack from Firestone Walker and Nectarine Grizz and Five Zero from Bear Republic. Finally, a three-way comparison from Speakeasy of Payback Porter, Payback in Zin barrels, and Payback infused with SF's Ritual Coffee!

Join us as we tap a cask of the ever-elusive Monkey Head Arboreal ale that has been dry hopped with an absurd amount of Apollo hops. Cask will go on the hand pump at 4:30.

Bay Area Mashers homebrew club & Oak Barrel are sponsoring a demo brew by several professional brewers: Rodger Davis (Triple Rock), Christian Kazakoff (Iron Springs), Ron Silberstein (ThirstyBear), Adam Lamoreaux (Linden St.) & more. Once again, The Moss Room will be participating in SF Beer Week. Chef Justin Simoneaux, a Louisiana native, will prepare a New Orleans inspired 3-course tasting menu, to be paired with beers from the Abita Brewing Co.

A seven-course food and beer pairing with the brewer. Our Brewmaster, Steve Altimari, hand selected the beers for our dinner, and working with his wife, Barri, created the menu to complement the beers offered at the event. Steve has selected 9 of his finest beers with 4 new releases, including his Bill Brand tribute Pomegranate Sour.

Come meet Tyler King, head brewer for The Bruery, and sample some of their wares. We will be tapping Melange No. Sechs, a special blend made for Valentine's Day!

This evening will be hosted by Alec from Uncommon Brewers, and will highlight the canning vs. bottling beer. We will also have beer can chicken prepared by our house chef, Caleb Hansom (not on our regular menu -- only available to attendees of the event).
